• You refer to the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel:

• Product Orders within 14 days of purchase.
• Service Orders before the service is accepted or rendered by the service provider.

You do not need to provide a reason for the cancellation.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or cancellation request. The same means of payment used for the Order will be refunded, without any additional fees.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The Goods must have been purchased in the last 14 days.
• The Goods must be in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or are past their expiry date.
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Goods to us. Goods must be sent to:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue refunds without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

• If the Goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned product, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
• If the Goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Refund for Subscriptions and Services

• Subscription Fees: Fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, excluding any applicable transaction or processing fees. The refund should be refunded within 7 business days by the Payment Processor or your Bank.
• One-Time Onboarding Fees: Non-refundable under any circumstances.
