At Zylu, we work 5 days a week, 40 hours a week with flexible hours, and we don’t encourage anyone to work beyond that. We believe focused, high-quality work during work hours beats long, stretched days.

That said, we’re a high-performance team. If you’re behind, or if there’s a gap in your skills, we expect you to take ownership and put in the effort to level up. We operate with a growth mindset. We believe that talent can be developed through dedication, learning, and the right attitude. Everyone here is expected to seek feedback, learn fast, and improve continuously.
