Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Zylu Affiliate Partnership Program (“Program”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program operated by Zylu Business Solutions Private Limited (“Zylu”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Program Overview

The Zylu Affiliate Program rewards approved partners for referring new paying customers to Zylu’s salon software platform.
Commissions are earned only on confirmed customer conversions and not on leads, sign-ups, or demo bookings.

2. Eligibility

To participate:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must operate a legitimate business, consultancy, or marketing activity relevant to the salon, spa, or beauty industry.
  • You must apply via Zylu’s official affiliate sign-up form and receive written approval from Zylu.

Zylu reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As a Zylu Affiliate, you agree to:

  1. Promote Zylu honestly and in a professional manner.
  2. Use only official or approved Zylu marketing materials.
  3. Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about Zylu’s features, pricing, or benefits.
  4. Refer only genuine salon or spa businesses likely to benefit from Zylu.
  5. Avoid spam, deceptive marketing, or unethical promotional methods.

  6. Keep all shared information, pricing, and data confidential.

4. Commission Structure

4.1 Commission Calculation

  • Commissions are calculated on successful payments only after the customer’s 14-day refund period has passed.
  • Commissions are based on the net amount received by Zylu (excluding taxes, refunds, onboarding fee and discounts).

  • Self-purchases or referrals of existing Zylu customers are not eligible for commission.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid on the 15th of the following month, after a 14-day refund window from the customer’s payment date.
  • Minimum payout threshold: ₹1,000 or $50 for international affiliates.
  • Payments are made via UPI or bank transfer (India) or PayPal/Wise (international).
  • Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks within the 14-day period will void the corresponding commission.

5. Tracking and Attribution

  • Each affiliate will receive a unique referral link and/or coupon code.
  • Referrals must complete their purchase through this official link or code for commissions to be tracked.

  • Zylu is not liable for untracked referrals due to browser issues, ad blockers, or user error.

6. Fraud and Invalid Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Fake or self-referrals.
  • Misrepresentation of Zylu’s pricing or offers.
  • Leads using false or incomplete contact information.

  • Offering unapproved cashbacks, discounts, or rewards to customers.

Zylu reserves the right to audit affiliate activities and withhold or cancel commissions generated through unethical or fraudulent behavior.

7. Marketing and Branding

  • Affiliates may use Zylu’s logos, creatives, and approved materials solely for promoting Zylu.
  • Affiliates may not modify or misuse Zylu’s brand identity.
  • All communication must align with Zylu’s official pricing and brand guidelines.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause, by written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Affiliates must immediately stop promoting Zylu and using its materials.
  • Verified commissions earned before termination will be paid in the next payout cycle.
  • Zylu reserves the right to cancel pending commissions if a violation of these Terms is found.

9. Independent Relationship

Affiliates act as independent contractors, not employees or representatives of Zylu.
You may not bind Zylu to any agreement, represent yourself as a Zylu employee, or make commitments on Zylu’s behalf.

10. Limitation of Liability

Zylu will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program.
Zylu’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the previous six months.

11. Amendments

Zylu may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be posted on https://zylu.co, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of those updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
